8-19-2014   Intel Guru Mnt Goat   ...all the news still looks very encouraging that these next couple weeks are shaping up to be an excellent window to hear of the announcement of the completed government of Iraq. Yesterday I sent out some news referring to a high possibility that we would hear of an announcement of a fully formed Iraq government by Sunday. It did not happen... So what is the hold up?  ...we are now witnessing a total reworking of the 35 ministries under the prior 8 years of Iraq government...much more “house cleaning” than originally thought necessary.  Abadi decided to reduce the number of ministries to 25 after the cancellation and merging some of them...Another cleanup he is doing in trimming their salaries...   [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]
