6-6-2014   Intel Guru Frank26   I TEAM called me...He said...IOO (In our opinion) ...We feel strong that they use an IR (International Rate) internally within their privacy.  We are asking:  Is this the way AoP want it?  Is this a legal way of the IMF with the CBI?  If so, How long would this limbo time of invisibility last?  What are they using the IR on?  There is TOO MUCH peace politically and MR (Monetary Reform) wise in Iraq right now.  Has a hidden IR pacified many hardend hearts.  Is this to aid in the transaction of the Citizens to Gain Trust.  IOO, Internal Finances first, then the Citizens, Then nano seconds later us.
