6-30-2014   Intel Guru Frank26   As much as I studied July 1st...and it's GREAT POTENTIAL for the CBI to give the Parl/ GOI an International Rate to ACTIVATE so many things...I disagree.  UNFORTUNETLY!  Why?  Because in order for the CBI to give The Parl/GOI such an IR ...We needed to first see a complete qualification of IMF Article 8 by The CBI.  BUT, IOO (In Our Opinion), They are using TWO sets of books with TWO separate rates.  One rate that breathes at the surface at this moment.  The other that continues to hold it's breath submerged until The AoP (Author of the Plan)  say...OK now.
