6-10-2014   Newshound Guru chattels   [...no budget for today?]   i never thought there would be a budget today or any of the other days forecasted by some.  Maliki, the budget, oil, all are politically intertwined it appears...i never believed that the news of it was anything other than rhetoric.  IMO, there is NO WAY that there will be a budget vote by this Parliament.
