Well, I can tell you FOR SURE that it is NOT the END GAME. At best, July 1st represents the( hopeful) union of parliament to START to form a new government. And as of right now so many variables are at play that it's a statistical nightmare trying to predict the outcome.  One very certain consensus is that NO ONE wants Maliki and till he goes the pieces won't even start to come together.  IF and WHEN a suitable functioning government starts back working on the people's business (AND ONLY THEN) will other issues left on the table be possible to address including IMF compliance, economic reform laws passed, etc.
