published agenda for Tues the 18th...which means the first reading has to be
before then. could be they will make changes Maliki
cannot contest before the elections...we are about to see. I
am not convinced it will contain a rate... further - it has been rumored the
rate will show first - then the budget. but again - that is a rumor...there
are an awful lot of things to be very hopeful about - one way or the other -
