3-26-2014   Newshound Guru RED LILY  [do you think there is any possiblity that the elections come and go with no RV?]  I hate answering those questions...but my answer is...YES...Hope I am wrong.  [does it need to happen before the deadline in May?]   it COULD happen anytime because we have NEVER seen anything like this before.  I will not say definitively no.  IMHO, it depends on laws that are passed per IMF and WORLD BANK compliance...which they have failed to do.
