3-17-2014   Newshound Guru Tlar   Great Idea from the CBI...Control all the cash dinars in almost all the independent banks. Turn it into just another electronic number to be reduced on D-day by three zeros and require those same banks to either deposit with the CBI their cash dinars from this point on, on a regular basis either daily or weekly in order to participate in the auctions. What a great idea. Through this action they control both the dinars from those banks and also tie in the amount of profit a bank can make selling dollars (10 dinars per dollar) thereby inadvertently controlling the exchange rate. This is no accident. Do you all realize how important this move is to an RV? It completes the picture. The CBI now is in control of virtually all circulating dinars.
