dollar, passing the budget will force the CBI to delete the zeros. If
it is true that what we were told by the architects of the 2014 budget...that
they wrote it based on 1.16 dinars per dollar, and they pass that budget, they must
immediately have a currency based on 1.16 dinars per dollar to match that
budget. Otherwise they are totally out of equilibrium. I hope they get the 2014 budget
inacted quickly and the thoughts about it being done in March are
