conference completely different than the one that was held last year?] ...i
think or i should say i know that its outcome and their position is totally
different than it was last year. [In light of all that's going on now, are you still
thinking RV before the conference?] i
am hoping that it is but we have no date that has been given to us at all --- i hope they do it before we
all lay our heads on our pillows but they havent announced it yet --- before
the conference would make sense but we shall see. last year they were not
ready at the banking conference but i have to say -- maliki has at least stood
up and handled the services -- army etc and made a difference ---they have come a long way
but maliki is still maliki too.
