1-27-2014   Newshound Guru Kaperoni   Iraq is a member of the IMF therefore they must adhere to the requirements and guidelines under the IMF.  Any country that wishes to change currencies must honor the current currency for a period of a minimum of 12 months under the IMF Charter.  The CBI has already stated two years at the commercial banks and institutional banks for 10 years.
