1-14-2014   Newshound Guru Tlar   Article:   "Kurdistan: We have reached understandings with al-Maliki on the budget and oil"    The budget has within it the keys to the HCL agreement.    Everything is coming down to the agreement on revenue sharing IMO.  If percentages are agreed to as I thought they have been for a couple of weeks now, the rest will fall into place quickly.   ...this will solve more than just the HCL and the budget.  The currency move itself may come into play.   [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]
