BUT WE WILL SEE... OTHERWISE... STREET RATE FOR EVERYONE AND THE DINAR STILL GOES TO CHINA... SO THAT PART DOES NOT CHANGE...THEY STILL WILL LIKE TO HAVE THE DINAR SO THAT PART WILL REMAIN AND THAT IS A GOOD THING.
