2-6-2014   Intel Guru Frank26   please notice this quote in the first paragraph of the SUPER article "thanks to the new monetary policy pursued by the central bank...."   Do you notice the importance, IMO, of this statement?  ...it is saying that the CBI HAS changed their monetary policy!!!  It states: "NEW monetary policy...pursued by the central bank."  This is past tense!!! They have already made changes!!!   We are definitely in a WAIT mode for the change in the rate of the IQD.
