2-28-2014   Newshound Guru Millionday   [Dont you think The banks need to move into conventional banking business and forget the auctions of the past?]   i do think they need to move forward with the entire package of bank reforms and according to what i am seeing with international compliance and the private banking steps -- they seem to be moving to just that.   they will be taking in the USD in the country if this is what they are doing with the dinar being the only currency -- we should be able to tell by the auction report  it would seem to me it would be an abnormal amount to look for.
