2-14-2014   Newshound Guru tlm724     Article:   "Economists: The delayed adoption of the budget will stop working with hundreds of projects"   they are at a critical stage for paying their obligations and the 5 year plan can not go forward without the funds to make it happen!   so, they get one more shot at the budget then the Fed Court will decide and I don't think the GOI wants that so maybe Saturday will see the first reading.   even though they postponed the parliament session until Saturday they are still meeting and the its great to see Turki present and just maybe these meeting's will bear fruit and they are getting ready for Saturday.
