to replace counterfeit currency" The counterfeit issue is a snow job. With tight
controls the counterfeit currency will be locked out of the banking system and
for sure the CBI has instructed the banks that if they buy bad currency they
will eat it. We
know there are 10 De La Rue machines in the banks because they bought them
years ago and distributed them – maybe to just the government banks.
