8-15-2014   Newshound Guru Tlar    In the next 24-48 hours we should see the departure of Maliki.  Maliki had filed a lawsuit with the Supreme court as a last stand. The lawsuit is intended to stall or stop the formation of the government. The court if they do rule, will favor the citizens of Iraq. It will fall in favor of the new government. This afternoon Maliki got with his party and announced he will no longer seek the PM position. Rumor has it that he has accepted a deal. He has been granted some part of an immunity deal and has agreed to leave Iraq.  Today there was a protest in the streets of Bagdad.   [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]
