This BIS stuff is really pretty simple...think of it as if you had a bunch of
money - all the big banks would be calling you asking you to deposit with
them...they would show you their investments, etc. That
is what the BIS is saying to Iraq. ...you got money,
come deposit it with us and let us help you make more money. Again,
good news..and something the CBI needs to do..but not a requirement for a change in dinar
value.
