create a plan. An action plan was created...they wrote a report... The report, looks at the history of the dinar,
the methods of monetary policy and then recommends a plan of action of
sorts. So the reality is, this is the driving wheel but in the end, it
comes down to the GOI, CBI, etc. implementing these recommendations etc. [post 1 of
