1-27-2014   Intel Guru Frank26   IMO, it is now time I declared my strong opinion of the rate.  I also believe DELTA and NOVA and possibly even E1 [Eagle1] will agree with me. I am of the school that believes the CBI will do exactly what they have been claiming and doing. They will lift the 000's not only from the currency in a physical manner but also from their exchange rate. I strongly believe that when the CBI releases the program rate of 1166 it will be replaced with a 1:1 against the USD.   Within a given year I expect this rate to throttle up because the world will finally be allowed to not just buy the dinar but use it...with a greater value than it is now.
