 1-12-2014   Newshound Guru Kaperoni    Article:  "A member of the Economic Commission rule out Iraq's accession to the World Trade Organization"   ...it is unlikely that Iraq will get in the WTO anytime soon.  It could be a year or more...it is clearly documented by the WTO that Iraq has not met the conditions set forth for accession.  Most important of all...the reductions of oil dependence.  Iraq is currently 95% dependent on oil.  Until they transition to a free market economy, and lower that to about 80% or less, the WTO is not an going to happen.   Iraq needs to create a free market economy for trade.  Only then with the WTO be viable.   I also keep reminding everyone, the WTO will come after the restructuring of the dinar anyway.  So we do not care.
