4-7-2014   Newshound/Intel Guru BGG   [Do you think there's any chance of the U.N. forcing Iraq back under chapter 7 with all this garbage going on about budget, elections?]  I think there were some serious threats laid out in the last "IMF pre-consultations" - Iraq had better take this serious.   Maliki keeps monkeying with the CBI they promised worse sanctions than the "previous regime" - I think is the language they used.
