4-15-2014   Newshound Guru Millionday     there are a lot of people that say when we see the federal council that is when we will see the reality rate  --  the reason is this -- the federal council -- is what makes all of the laws in their country internationally accepted.  [When is Fed Council supposed to implemented?]  it is signed with the UN now...the ceremony was done today [Friday] -- so it is done.   [the federal council being a reality what does that do to our timing?]  some people say that this is what we were waiting on but i dont know the date.  [post 2 of 2]
