will not wait on anyone or anything IF the time is right. [no way was M [Maliki] going to gain politically from
this event.] concur...M [Maliki] is old news. remember,
it could take many months before the new government is formed. However, IMO, if
the time is right, the CBI will move forward with the IQD.
