4-15-2014   Newshound Guru Tlar   The CBI is ready to delete the zeros and introduce the smalls as they have told us in December and again in January.  I personally think they have the date picked.  We will get no more leads or heads up because that can be disastrous to both the plan and their banking system...  We know this is very serious business the closer they get and the CBI has to be very careful about what they disclose to the public,leaning always now on hidding their true intentions.   So again we wait to find the truth.
