head toward the April elections. There are a lot of reasons for the
politics to play nice going into April. We are hopeful this means that
much of the infrastructure to support currency reform is enacted by then. As we've highlighted in the
past HCl continues as one of the key laws. The good news is there have
been numerous articles talking about the movement toward an agreement. Some have been favorable and
some not so favorable but that's typical of Iraq politics. However, recent the non
public channels have begun in earnest talking about a potential
agreement. This we
find very encouraging in that public/non public information is
converging. In the past this has indicated a potential favorable outcome
in the not too distant future.
