1-14-2014   Newshound Guru Millionday    i would like to address the issue with no rates in CBI.   I have been researching for years and so have many that are here, never have i seen no rates listed.  yes i have seen blank spaces etc.,  but we also have some other changes going along with this.  years ago we saw this site >>>http://www.cb-iraq.org/  .    so as you see there is nothing there but we know that it was said years ago that is going to be the new site and of course they have the plans for the buildings, etc.  but what we see is not something that anyone has seen before --- they added the sdr and made an announcement about the addition of Iraq to the sdr -- (basket of currency) and  they have also made many announcements to do with BIS deposits and Turki has signed the agreements there also.  [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]
