1-14-2014   Newshound Guru Kaperoni   Article:  "Iraq plans to issue bonds in local currency debt"    It is clear that the CBI will issue bonds in dinar for monetary purposes.  We just don't know when.  Though this article is dated today [1-12-14], I find it odd that Turki was in Geneva.
