1-1-2014   Newshound Guru Millionday   will they begin with all trade and open it entirely?  they have said yes.  [So do the tariff's mean anything for the RV?]  no but trade does  the tariff is done by percentages...   they are not going to open trade without a reality rate  --  thats right.  [So trade is planned for the 2nd as well?]  we have no ink that says rv on the second but  we have trade on the 2nd.  now think of this...how can they trade at this rate -- they cant,  it will wipe them out and on top of that they have been ordered to apply their reality rate.   they will not trade in USD for a while because their budget is in dinar.
