I have extensive military contacts, I served in Iraq on
three tour’s, and always the top of the food chain talked about the IQD or the
New IQD, every single one of them are convinced of a $3.00 rate. No flowergirl
they did not, I have also seen contracts for 3 dollars, and that’s with my own
eyes, how can that be translated or converted to a tenth of a penny? that
