lets me just say this real quick about the infrastructure law... there is a clause in the law that states Iraq can use
credit to build these massive infrastructure projects and we know for fact the
GOI has been trying for years to get their dirty hands on the reserves but the
CBI says *dont think* so now the GOI has finally realized they NEED this law
and we will see it passed! imo [post 1 of
