They don’t need the dollar to back up the reserve if they
don’t want to, but they have to.
Iraq
is by far one of the wealthiest nations on the planet. All we are watching is
the transfer of processing that wealth into the Iraqi Government and to it’s
people. Don’t mater if it is oil, gold, gas.
