Iraq's foreign currency policy mirrors that of Japans, they used the US D as access for it's people to the global market. The US D is King, CBI used this same policy for the average Iraqi it is a two pronged attack, access to global markets and build Iraq up cheap in return, this is a policy to build up the domestic currency.
This is why I have so much confidence in the Iraqi Dinar.
