We are still hopeful that we will see a significant rise prior to the first of next year. Parliament is very antsy to get the removal of the large notes process in play by January 1. Maliki appears to be in favor of anything now to get the ball moving forward ASAP. I therefore think he wants this well under way by the time March 2014 comes around so that he can take all the credit.
