3-14-2014   Newshound/Intel Guru BGG     [what is the current thoughts on the best time for M [Maliki  to release the RV from an election stand point. soon or closer to election day?]    If it boils down to 2 weeks prior to - I doubt we see until after - but anything is possible. [releasing the RV wont win votes after the election.]   great point.   [What makes more sense to you: Release the rate then approve the budget or the reverse?]   right now - rate first budget second...but that is relative to the immediate situation...which could change.   if Maliki can't get budget consensus and needs electoral help - rate first.
