"It is not possible to postpone the
general budget bill to the next parliamentary session" A
legal expert has expressed his opinion that the budget cannot be postponed to
the next parliamentary session...which I take to mean the seating of the new
parliament after the elections...this needs to happen and happen now.....he
says it could be done in 10 days time if Parliament would get serious about its
work.
