I believe Maliki will try and doctor the election as his last throw of the dice.]  agreed.   there is a mountain of evidence he has to overcome.  [Do you think they would finally do a "no confidence" if he rigs the election?]   it's not about the votes - it's about the coalitions...he has NO DANCE PARTNERS...he can only "rig" so much.  [So if maliki does loose the election where does that put a currency change? Could it extend it months down the road until they get the government seated?]  without the resistance from the current GOI - it should move forward easily.   [post 2 of 2]
