Turki was put in place by Maliki and Turki is a puppet for Maliki. Maliki
holds the key to Turki and Turki holds the key to the CBI and releasing the RV
and that is what we are up against. The only way Maliki can win the election is he
has to get the RV done and win the favor of the people and he has to do it
in enough time ahead of the elections so that they see the results from it.
