3-10-2014   Newshound Guru tlm724   Appears to me that Iraq is actually putting its best foot forward as far as making things happen for the accession to go forward. IMO once again, I stand behind what I have said recently. Iraq is positioning itself for a big move and becoming a full member of the WTO is right around the corner!
