5-28-2014   Newshound Guru Kaperoni   Executive Order: "Ending Immunities Granted To The Development Fund For Iraq And Certain Other Iraqi Property And Interests In Property Pursuant To Executive Order 13303, As Amended"    The way I see it, Obama never extended the protection of the DFI on May 19th, he only extended the "national emergency" in regards to Iraq (which never needed extension).  This news today confirms the "national emergency" is still in place, yet the funds under the DFI are no longer protected.  He is giving them control of their money and it will be up to Iraq to resolve any remaining debt issues or lawsuits will commence.One can make a reasonable assumption that giving them their money (DFI), and the liability that goes with it, as a push to stand up and engage with the world financial system which includes the dinar.
