11-21-2013   Newshound Guru Kaperoni   Parliament is on vacation.  They plan to return December 15th.  Many laws sit idle that will help perpetuate the economy forward.  We believe at least some of these need to be passed prior to any monetary change.  No RV has taken plan [place?], no change in value, nothing has occurred.  The dinar is still 1166: $1.   [post 3 of 3]
