11-21-2013   Newshound Guru Kaperoni   Politically, some members in parliament do not think the CBI can accomplish all preparations in time for a early 2014 start to the process to raise the value of the dinar.  And others think the CBI can, if they try.   This is what we are seeing with the recent articles for and against this process.  The GOI and CoM also play a part. So at this point, nothing is for sure.  And this subject is heavily contested back and forth.   [post 2 of 3....stay tuned]
