11-22-2013   Intel Guru TD   So Where are we REALLY?  Just check the CBI website and that pretty much says it all. Keep in mind, no one can stop something that hasn't even started. What is going on is political posturing by mainly M [Maliki]  supporters to release at the best time to get the most bang for your buck which is re-election. And that schedule is spring of next year.  It is primarily M's backers who are holding up revisions of bills and additional laws passed & implemented. They feel timing before election time ( no one knows or has decided exactly which month as of yet) will yield a return to their cozy seats.   [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]
