Guru Millionday the reality rate and the reality of the economy
is reliant on the rate being set to enter the globe -- the actual value
of the prices and the price of the dinar -- the actual calculated rates. the
wto will be something they enter after they set the rates. we watch the wto becuase it is a given to know
that if they are declared active in march -- we have a clue from that --- that
they are planning on that being done and preparation for entry to the globe
being done and ready for trade.
