11-8-2013   Newshound Guru Tlar   Article:  "Cabinet discusses the decisions the next federal budget bill"   This is the next big milestone IMO.  If they can pass this budget before the end of December in all possibility they can open it in January.  Activating the budget on time is now more crucial that the elections in my opinion because if as we have been told it is based on 1.16 dinars which would closely parallel the original 2008 study done on behalf of the CBI,  it could mean the CBI will go international on or before the end of the year choosing not to wait until the elections.  We will just have to wait to see what they really do.
