11-6-2013   Intel/Newshound Guru Poppy3    ...there will be zero float.  They may in one circumstance and one only come out with a lower rate than the 3.00 plus value they will reach. But if they come with a lower rate than that they will only stay there till after the election. it will then rise to the $3.00 plus rate. There again will be no float from 1166 or any rate below a rate that will clear the streets and build confidence in their own currency over the USD.   [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]
