11-5-2013   Newshound Guru Millionday   they have a deadline...[Sunday] ...deadline for election law to be done.  so they have two choices -- either work it out or take what has the most votes. they say it is absolute. so as you can see -- they are at the crunch  have to have it done.  infrastructure is going when they pass the election law -- the kurds said if they get what they want they will vote it through but we will see.
