11-5-2013 Intel Guru Delta [via Sandman] There is a lot of speculation that Maliki could rack this out until January or February, but Delta doubts it... it could happen this year...if Maliki waits, he will not have time to win the elections. It is all politics anyway. He thinks Maliki needs to have the re-evaluation to win. Still waiting on the CBI to make an announcement to increase the value and release the LD's which can happen any day now. We can see this before Thanksgiving...this is in Delta's opinion.
