11-19-2013   Newshound/Intel Guru BGG   [was there any indication that you saw coming that implicates the buying of these bond is tied the the RV?]  I did hear about this a month ago (directly from the source) and yes, they did say it was related.  The bond issue tied to value is good...however, Shabibi could have done this 2 years ago.  [Do the Economic Reform laws, tarrif laws being passed/implemented have any bearing on the timing?]  I don't think so - unless they are forced to pass a law of some kind so if Maliki keeps stonewalling he'll be breaking the law.  [why the delay?]  other than Maliki - not sure there is one.  [post 1 of 3....stay tuned]
